I prepare the initial site using the information you supply, with suitable royalty-free images where needed. You review and approve it before launch. After handover, you can update the text and images through your admin panel and are responsible for keeping the content accurate and current.
Hosting, backups, security and technical maintenance stay managed. Content updates, new pages, layout changes and marketing work are available separately. If your project needs a larger specialist, I will say so and can point you in the right direction.

We take care of the technical infrastructure: UK cloud hosting, automated daily backups, security certificates, software updates and email server uptime. Fully managed refers to the technical service, not unlimited design or content work.
Every site comes with a straightforward admin panel. Once the site is handed over, you are responsible for keeping its content accurate and current. You can upload job photos, update service details and edit copy yourself. If you would rather we make a change, paid content updates are available from £25 per request.
Included in our Lead Dispatcher (£59.99) and Opportunity & Insight (£89.99) packages. We link your site directly to your existing, publicly verified Google Business Profile to display your star rating and reviews automatically. We do not manage Google profile verifications or suspensions.
Yes, and they exist so you never get a surprise bill. Lead Dispatcher includes 100 alerts and 100 AI drafts or summaries per month. Opportunity & Insight includes 150 alerts and voice minutes, plus 200 AI drafts or summaries. Allowances reset each month and do not roll over.
Extra usage is opt-in. If you reach your allowance, alerts, AI drafts and call forwarding pause until the next month unless you have agreed to pay for more. Your enquiries are never lost: they still reach your email and your admin panel. If you do opt in, extra alerts, call minutes and AI items are billed at 5p each, and you can set a monthly spending ceiling. We message you when you reach 80% of your allowance.
Other limits: urgent voice calls retry up to 3 times per enquiry, and unusual traffic such as spam floods or automated attacks may be throttled to protect your allowance.
Your domain and business email are 100% free for the first 12 months. After year one, they renew at standard, transparent rates (currently £16/year for .co.uk domains and £3.50/month per business email mailbox). You'll always be notified well before renewal.
Yes. Every package is rolling monthly with no minimum term and no lock-in contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, when hosting and any alert services cease. Work already completed and monthly payments already made are not refundable. Domains can be transferred away for the stated administration fee.
